Longview professionals will evaluate your current estate documents (wills, healthcare directive, durable powers of attorney, trusts, etc.) to see if they are structured to meet your objectives. We are not licensed to practice law so if we see an area that is inconsistent with your current objectives, we will work with you and a qualified estate attorney to develop an estate plan. The attorney will then prepare the necessary documents to implement the plan.
